Tyrer’s Joinery is a family run business based in the North West of England. It was founded in 1953 by Leonard Tyrer. The firm continues today, spanning three generations. Stephen Tyrer, son of Leonard, now heads up the business with the help of his son Daniel.
The founding principle was to produce good quality craftsmanship using sustainable timbers, and this continues to be so today.
We undertake a range of carpentry and joinery work, ranging from constructing floors, roofs and stud partition walls to all aspects of interior finished work. Our work also includes manufacturing bespoke doors, windows, conservatories, stairs, kitchens and wardrobes in our workshop.

We use various species of timber including softwood, hardwood and Accoya with a variety of finishes including a factory paint finish if required.
